Individualized Skills & Socialization

Supporting adults with disabilities to live fuller, more independent lives — through meaningful daily programming and compassionate care.

What Is the ISS Program?

Individualized Skills and Socialization (ISS) is a day habilitation program designed to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build life skills, connect with their community, and grow in independence.

As a licensed ISS provider, Hurricane Staffing delivers structured, person-centered programming that meets each participant where they are — and helps them go further.
